Running a business is hard work. There are some great online business tools for businesses of all sizes however. I’m sure I have barely scratched the surface when it comes to the variety of online business tools out there, but I’m still looking and trying them out.
I love the Dropbox. A client introduced it to me last year and it is number one on my list of organizational tools! First of all, it is FREE. When you save your files to the Dropbox, they are automatically backed up online. The Dropbox program is installed on your computer, so it shows up right next to all your other files (My Documents, My Pictures, Dropbox). The beauty of this is that if your computer crashes, all the files in your Dropbox are online, safely backed up and ready for you to use!
Dropbox is a free service that lets you bring all your photos, docs, and videos anywhere. This means that any file you save to your Dropbox will automatically save to all your computers, phones and even the Dropbox website. Dropbox also makes it super easy to share with others, whether you’re a student or professional, parent or grandparent. Even if you accidentally spill a latte on your laptop, have no fear! You can relax knowing that Dropbox always has you covered, and none of your stuff will ever be lost.
Honestly haven’t tried this one yet. Anyone out there used it? I’d be interested in knowing if it is worth a more in depth look.

I use Remember the Milk occasionally. I’ve found my Outlook Express calendar works nicely. This site would be beneficial though to someone with many schedules to manage – like families with several kids, or companies with several employees.
More than just a to-do list manager, Remember the Milk acts like a full-blown calendar, but without the row-and-column display. Separating your life into Personal, Study, and Work tasks (categories you can change), you enter task reminders as you would in any other calendar.

This seems like an excellent tool if you have a business where you make appointments. Clients and customers can just go online a book an appointment with you by clicking on the Universal BookNow! Button you have on your Website.
