Check out Zamzar. They offer free online file conversion. Not only can you convert your word doc to pdf, you can convert your pdf to a word doc, an excel spreadsheet, or an image (jpeg, etc).
Very easy to use. You enter your file to be converted, enter the form you want it to converted to, enter your email address and VOILA!, they email you the converted file.
