Apparently you can’t write for eHow anymore. You have to go through Demand Studios now (in other words, apply and get hired as a writer forthem).
Here’s the link for that: http://www.demandstudios.com/ehow-writers.html?utm_source=EHOWcom&utm_medium=banner&utm_campaign=ehow
DS is pretty decent to work for. The pay is low (roughly $15 per article) but worth it if you’re starting out or between jobs. They pay twice a week straight into your Paypal.

Interesting.
One more addition: DS is U.S. based and with that many non-U.S. based writers who are indeed great with their work cannot apply.

Actually there is now a UK based eHow. And I think they are now hiring international writers…check the application website; it asks you what country you are from…..

Yeah, I did apply there recently, just to check on them since I heard that too. But guess what, I got a response that unfortunately my proposal cannot be taken forward since they are currently looking only at U.K. and Canada. So, not really “international” eh?
I am from Down Under, so no cookie for me which I am not craving much anyway 😉
